What to Expect on Delivery Day

Our own in-house delivery team unpacks, inspects, details, and blanket-wraps your furniture prior to delivery. We’ll schedule a convenient two-hour delivery window—no waiting around all day—and treat your home with care.

  • Scheduling: When your order is ready, we’ll set a delivery date with a two-hour window that fits your day.
  • Reminder & ETA: You’ll receive a reminder/ETA before we arrive.
  • Placement: We’ll bring items to the appropriate room and place them where you’d like.
  • Assembly: Basic setup is included for many items; complex assemblies may require additional service.
  • Final Check: We’ll review placement/condition with you before we leave.

  • Clear the path: Keep hallways, stairwells, and doorways open and safe to navigate.
  • Measure first: Confirm your furniture fits through entries and tight turns.
  • Protect surfaces: Cover floors or delicate areas if you’re concerned about traffic.
  • Room ready: Remove old furniture from the setup area ahead of time.
  • Pets & kids: Please keep them in a separate area during delivery.

Important Delivery Policies

  • Delivery fees: Vary by location, order size, and service level—your associate can provide a quote.
  • Missed window: If no one is available during your scheduled time, a re-delivery fee may apply.
  • If damage occurs: Note any issues on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours so we can help.
  • Returns & exchanges: See store policy for details; your associate can provide the link.

Heads up: Tight clearances or unprepared spaces (blocked paths, items that physically can’t fit) can limit placement; measuring ahead prevents surprises.

Standard delivery does not include removal/disposal of old items. Please clear the area before we arrive, or ask if haul-away is available at your location.
